Only use product with personal fall arrest system that meets federal, state and local regulations. Never use on wet, icy, or oily surfaces, or any surface with loose debris without proper tie-off. 

Misuse of this product can lead to serious injury or death. Inspect product daily and discard at first sign of any deterioration. Discard immediately if soft foam bottom starts separating from the pad. 

Not Withstanding any statement to the contrary:

(1) The Manufacturer disclaims any and all warranties, both express and implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law;

(2) The Manufacturer and Seller's collective responsibility and liability, whether arising out of contract or tort, including negligence, strict liability, and breach of warranty, shall not exceed the purchase price of the RoofSmart Pad and shall be limited to replacement of product;

(3) In no event shall manufacturer or seller be liable in contract, warranty, or tort, including negligence or strict liability, for any special, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruptions of any kind or character.
